Jen Sanne's blog, thank you Jen. This is my version, I hope you like it. The dresses are created using the Owl Builder Punch. The frill is made with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch - passed through the crimper a couple of times to get a frill effect.
The gorgeous embossed, scalloped edge and embossed hearts were created using Adorning Accents edgelits dies and embossing folders - new in the Summer Mini, on page 9. 'Cherish the Moments' is from Baby Prints stamp set, another new set in the Summer Mini, on page 26,
Omg Jenny that card is just Devine and just in time to give me inspiration for a baby girl card I have to make, I haven't got the dotted scallop ribbon punch (yet) but I will improvise, xx
