Life happens, coffee helps

Hello crafters and friends.  Coffee anyone?  I don't drink a lot of coffee but it most certainly is my choice of beverage with breakfast every morning to kick-start my day. Yum.

Today's card uses the Coffee Cafe bundle and coordinating Coffee Break Designer Series Paper.  I also used the Burlap stamp on the coffee cup.  A piece of burlap ribbon and faux stitching around the topper adds the finishing touches.

Halloween cat treat in a mug

Everyone who attended my classes in October received one of these super cute halloween treat mugs.  There are a number of tutorials on youtube for making mugs using the envelope punch board. I took inspiration form Julie Dematteo's coffee mug treat holder tutorial. I just made mine a tad taller than Julie's.

I am very much a cat person so when I saw the cat punch in the autumn/winter catalogue I was over the moon. I love this punch! The spider's web is from the Sweet Home stamp set, as is the bat that I stamped on the handle. I lightly sponged the edges of the mug with black ink and coloured the rhinestone with an alcohol marker to complete the project.

I don't think I have ever shared a photo of my cat.  She's a pretty long haired tortie,  take a peek at her further down this post...

I remembered to take a photo after making the second batch. I just needed to buy some more treats.

This little piggy says...

Hello crafters.  Today's bright and cheerful card features Stampin' Up!'s cute This Little Piggy stamp set. I couldn't decide which pig to use so I used all of them!  

I forgot to take a photo of the inside of the card.  I stamped 'says...' at the top and one of the pigs at the bottom.  I'll add an appropriate greeting at a later date when I use the card.
