For today's card I used one of the beautiful designs from the Hand Penned DSP together with coordinating Penned Flowers set of dies. The only stamping was the birthday greeting, from Pansy Patch stamp set, and image on the envelope.
So before I adhered the DSP layer to the front of the card, I cut out a smaller rectangle from the center. After all, that center area is hidden by the white rectangle layer. It would have been a shame to hide pretty paper. As you can see, I adhered the small rectangle inside the card to make it extra special.
